HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION SERVICES:

- Set up and maintain owner database
- Mail annual dues statements to all home owners
- Record all payments received
- Produce financial statements for the board including bank reconciliation, aged accounts receivable, aged accounts payable, and any other reports the board requests
- Prepare annual budget
- Collect outstanding dues from owners
- Pay approved invoices on behalf of the board
- Associations’ monies held in separate trust account
- Attend board meetings
- AGM notice and sending/receiving proxies
- Oversee all landscaping maintenance and other maintenance as per the direction of the board
- Enforce association by-laws
- Communicate with homeowners and provide copies of all correspondence of the board
